Our policies and procedures for handling customer information have been created with the understanding that Internet technologies are still evolving and that Internet business methods are continuing to evolve to meet the needs and opportunities of the changing technologies. As a result, Eraise Glads’s policies and procedures are subject to change.

In the course of serving its customers, Eraise Glads acquires, stores and transmits customer communications and information that customers may regard as private or sensitive. Some of this information such as the customer’s name, address, telephone number and credit card data are provided to Eraise Glads by its customers in order to establish service. Other information such as the customer’s account status, choice of services and customer logs are created and maintained by Eraise Glads in the normal course of providing service and doing business.

Eraise Glads will protect the confidentiality of its customers’ information, account information and personal communications to the fullest extent possible and consistent with the law and the legitimate interests of Eraise Glads, its partners, its employees and other customers of Eraise Glads’s services. To protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of information that is collected from customers, Eraise Glads has appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in place.

Eraise Glads will not otherwise disclose its customers’ personal and account information unless Eraise Glads has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Eraise Glads, Eraise Glads’s customers, or others, or where Eraise Glads has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order by contacting our Customer Support Team via phone (+91 637 604 8766) or email ( In such cases, the order will cancelled and the money will be refunded to you.

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team and do not accept the delivery of the order. Once we receive the order back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money. Return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with their original packaging, in an undamaged condition.

Refund/ replacement for goods is subject to inspection and checking by our team.

In case of multiple items in an order, you may return a part of the order Returned goods need to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within a week. In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. We will deposit the refundable amount in regarding bank account or we will issue you a cheque in the name and address as specified in the billing details with the refund amount within 10 days of us receiving the products back.

  • Place your items in original packaging.
  • Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice.
  • Make sure you seal it properly.

Shipping / Delivery Policy

We provide deliveries through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package’s tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company’s website.

  • We dispatch most orders within 1-5 business days depending on availability of certain product.
  • We have standard shipping charges for most addresses for orders below Rs. 1000.
  • For orders above Rs. 1000, Eraise Glads provides free shipping.
  • We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a waterproof plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.
